Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the data and privacy practices applicable to the Bingo Torlingo app (identifier: pl.bingotorlingo.app). The app is developed by Avensaris Studio.

Bingo Torlingo does not collect, transmit, sell or disclose users' personal data to the developer.

1. Data collected by the app

The app does not require registration or sign-in and does not collect data such as name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, financial data or browsing history. The app does not use its own server to process user data.

2. Data stored locally

For proper operation, the app stores certain information locally on the device, including the selected language and theme, text-to-speech and vibration settings, automatic drawing settings, the current game state, the history of drawn numbers, information indicating whether help has been displayed, and data used to prevent duplicate generated Bingo cards and assign BT75/BT90 identifiers. This data is not transmitted to Avensaris Studio or to an external server.

3. PDF bingo cards

PDF bingo cards are generated locally on the device and saved in the app's private cache directory. Bingo Torlingo does not automatically send them to the developer or to any online service. If the user chooses the sharing function, the file is transferred only to the app or service selected by the user, and further processing is governed by that provider's rules and privacy practices.

4. Text-to-Speech and vibration

Bingo Torlingo may send only the text required to read a drawn number to the Text-to-Speech engine selected in Android. The app does not use the microphone and does not record the user's voice. If the installed TTS engine uses online services, the way data is processed depends on that provider. The app may also use the Android vibration function after a new number is drawn; vibration can be disabled in the settings.

5. Advertising, analytics and tracking

Bingo Torlingo does not display ads, does not use an advertising identifier, does not profile users, does not track them across apps or websites, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising systems.

6. Data sharing

Because Bingo Torlingo does not collect users' personal data, Avensaris Studio does not sell or share such data with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies or business partners. The only exception is an action initiated by the user, such as deliberately sharing a generated PDF file with an app or service selected by the user.

7. App permissions

Bingo Torlingo uses the system permission for vibration. The app does not request access to location, microphone, camera, contacts or an advertising identifier, and it does not declare its own permission for internet access.

8. Security and backups

App data is stored in the app's private storage area protected by Android system mechanisms. Bingo Torlingo does not use its own server to store user data. Automatic backups of app data are disabled in the Bingo Torlingo configuration to limit copying local settings and game history outside the device.

9. Retention and deletion

Settings, game state, draw history and data related to generated bingo cards are stored locally until they are overwritten, the app's data is cleared, or Bingo Torlingo is uninstalled. PDF files are stored in the app cache and may be removed by Android, by clearing the app's cache or data, or by uninstalling the app. Bingo Torlingo does not maintain user accounts and does not store user data on an Avensaris Studio server.

10. Children

Bingo Torlingo does not require users to provide personal data and does not knowingly collect personal data from children or other users. If the app is made available on Google Play to age groups that include children, Avensaris Studio will comply with the applicable Google Play Families requirements.

11. Voluntary support via Ko-fi

The app allows users to voluntarily support its development by opening the external Avensaris Studio Ko-fi page. Payment is processed outside the app by Ko-fi and the payment provider selected by the user, in accordance with their terms and privacy policies. Bingo Torlingo does not receive the user's payment card number or details of the payment method used. The user independently opens Ko-fi and confirms the support amount. Support does not unlock any additional features and does not affect how the app works.

12. Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's features, technologies, applicable laws or Google Play policies change. The current version of the policy is available in the app.
